Francesinha is an Oporto’s traditional recipe prepared with slices of bread, ham and cheese, a grilled sausage and a fried or roasted slice of beef. The sauce (beer, tomato, and so on) is poured hot over the sandwich so that the cheese melts. The fried eggs and the chips on the top of the sandwich are optional.

Francesinha is really appreciated in the north side of the country.

8:15pm – leave the hotel, sightseeing tour to the restaurant

9:15pm – dinner

Menu: starters, main course – Francesinha, dessert, coffee and drinks (water, juice, beer or wine).

11:00pm – return to hotel
