Monção – leaving the hotel to visit Brejoeira Palace, a national monument since 1910, its chapel, gardens, wine cellar, vineyards, with a wine tasting (Alvarinho) and, whenever possible, a walk in the woods in a dray.
Valença do Minho – visit to the historic center. Lunch. Visit to the military fortifications, three miles long.
Viana do Castelo: climb to Santa Luzia hill in the cable railway, visit to the church, climb to the viewpoint. Sightseeing tour.
